老年高血压伴左室肥厚的QT离散度与心律失常相关性的临床观察

目的　观察老年高血压伴左室肥厚病人的 QT离散度与心律失常的关系。方法　选择 32例老年健康人和 90例老年高血压病人进行体表心电图、超声心动图和动态心电图检查 ,作 QT离散度测定。结果　 (1 )高血压伴左室肥厚组的 QT离散度明显大于健康对照组及高血压非左室肥厚组。 (2 )高血压伴心律失常组的 QT离散度明显大于健康对照组及高血压非心律失常组。 (3)高血压伴左室肥厚组其心律失常发生率明显高于健康对照组。结论　高血压伴左室肥厚病人的 QT离散度明显增高 ,其心律失常发生率也显著增高

The clinical investigation of relationship among hypertrophy, QT interval dispersion and arrhythmia of old hypertensive patients

Objectives To observe the relationship of hypertrophy and both QT intervaldispersion and arrhythmias in old hypertensive patients. Methods 32 healthy old people as control group and 90 cases of hypertrophy patients were chosen by means of regular ECG,Echocardiogram and Holter test.Results (1) The QT interval dispersion of old hypertensive patients with hypertrophy is much higher than control group. (2) The QT interval dispersion of old hypertensive group with arrhythmia is greatly higher than control group and even the hypertensive without arrhythmia. (3) The ratio of arrhythmia of old hypertensive group with hypertrophy is significantly higher than control group. Conclusions The QT interval dispersion of old hypertensive subjects with hypertrophy is significantly higher and so do the risk of arrhythmias.
