青岛市监狱服刑人员艾滋病健康教育研究

目的调查青岛市在押人员艾滋病（AIDS）防治知识、态度及行为状况，并探讨在该人群中开展艾滋病健康教育和行为干预的可行性。方法对青岛市两所监狱新人狱的862名服刑人员，用A、B两种问卷进行艾滋病知识匿名调查，由艾滋病防治专业人员集中对其进行艾滋病相关知识讲解及健康教育与行为干预。结果在押人员入狱前有婚外（非配偶）性行为的占52．9％，吸毒的占13．1％，入狱后有同性性行为的占3．2％。通过进行艾滋病知识宣传教育，在押人员对艾滋病知识的知晓率、态度有显著的改变。结论在押人员是艾滋病传播的高危行为人群，加强艾滋病知识的宣传教育和行为干预是可行的，可减少狱中和刑满释放后的高危行为，减少危害，有效地预防和控制艾滋病的传播。

A study on HIV/AIDS health education among persons in prison in Qingdao city

Objective To understand the current AIDS related knowledge level among the persons in prison and to explore the feasibility of health education and behavior intervention. Methods An anonymous survey on HIV/AIDS knowledge was conducted among 862 persons in prison by A questionnaire and B questionnaire, and professionals of HIV/ AIDS prevention and control explained HIV/AIDS related knowledge to them. Results 52.9 percent of all subjects had a history of non-married sexuality,and 13.1 percent of them had a history of drug-use,and 3.2 percent of them had a history of homosexuality. Through HIV/AIDS knowledge health education, there was obvious change for all subjects in HIV/ AIDS related KAP level. Conclusion The persons in prison are HIV/AIDS high risk population and it is feasible to enhance HIV/AIDS health education and behavior intervention, which can reduce their high risk behavior both in prison and out side prison so as to prevent and control HIV/AIDS prevalence.
