自发性眼眶出血致视力丧失

目的 通过对自发性眼眶出血导致视力丧失的临床及影像学分析,探讨视力丧失的发生机理、视力丧失的相关因素,以及眼眶出血后的治疗方法．方法 对我院２０年间收治的自发性眼眶出血导致视力丧失２０例患者临床表现、影像学特征和治疗方法进行分析。结果 自发性眼眶出血导致视力丧失的发生率约为２０％,视力丧失的相关因素包括就诊及治疗是否及时、治疗方法是否得当、出血的部位和出血量的多少。治疗原则为及时引流眶内出血或手术

Vision lost resulting from spontaneous orbital hemorrage

Objective:To explore the mechnism of vision lost,the factors related to and the treatment of orbital hemorrhage through the clinical and iconography analysis about vision lost resulting from spontaneous orbital hemorrage.Method:20 cases of vision lost resulting from spontaneous orbital hemorrhage during 20 years were analysed in the fields of manifestations,iconography characterizations and treatment.Results:The incidence of vision lost resulting from spontaneous orbital hemorrhage was about 20%.The factors related to blind include if the consultation and treatment were in time,if the treatment was property,the hemorrhagic site and the amount of blood.The treatment principle is drainging the blood in time,or take out the blood blot by operation to reduce the orbital pressure.Conclusion:Spontaneous orbital hemorrhage is a kind of serious diseases.It can lead to vision lost in a short peroid of time.Once the diagnosis is made,treatment should be done immediately.
