银杏达莫注射液预防髋、膝关节置换术后深静脉血栓形成的临床研究

摘    要:目的探讨银杏达莫注射液预防髋、膝关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的临床疗效及安全性。方法将126例拟行髋、膝关节置换手术患者随机分为试验组63例和对照组63例,试验组应用银杏达莫注射液联合低分子肝素钠预防髋、膝关节置换术后DVT,对照组单纯采用低分子肝素钠。比较治疗后2组患者下肢DVT发生率、血液流变学、血浆活化的部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)及凝血酶原时间(PT)及术后下肢最大肿胀率、血小板计数等指标的变化。结果银杏达莫注射液联合低分子肝素钠不仅能降低髋、膝关节置换术后下肢DVT的发生率,并且能改善血液高凝状态,延长APTT、PT。结论银杏达莫注射液联合低分子肝素钠可有效预防髋、膝关节置换术后DVT,且安全。

Abstract:Objective It is to approach the efficacy and safety of Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection(GLEDI) on prevention of deep vein thrombosis(DVT) after total knee or hip arthroplasty.Methods 126 patients underwent primary unilateral TKA or THA were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 63 patients in each.The patients in experiment group were received GLEDI combined with low molecular weight heparin Sodium(LMWHS),and the patients in control group were received LMWHS only.The DVT incidence rate,the hemorheology,APTT,PT,swelling rate of lower limbs and blood platelet count were compared between these two groups after operation.Results After treated by GLEDI combined with LMWHS,the DVT incidence rates were decreased,the hypercoagulable state were improved,and the APTT and PT were increased.Conclusion GLEADI combine with LMWHS can better prevent occurrence of DVT after TKA and THA with good efficacy and safety.
