我院门诊与住院药房钙拮抗药的使用情况分析

目的：统计和分析我院钙拮抗药的应用情况,了解这类药物应用的变化情况及发展趋势。方法：利用计算机管理系统对我院2007年1月～2008年6月门诊和住院药房钙拮抗药的消耗金额、用药频率及排序进行全面统计和分析。结果：钙拮抗药的消耗金额中氨氯地平片、硝本地平缓释片和控释片分占前三位。结论：长效的硝苯地平类钙拮抗药使用发展空间较大,有良好的应用前景。

Analysis the Using of Calcium Antagonist Outpatient Pharmacy and Inpatient Pharmacy in Our Hospital

objective： Statistics and analysis of the calcium antagonists application in our hospital, understanding these drugs applieation situation and the development trend of change. Methods： comprehensive statistics and analysis calcium antagonists of consumption amount, frequency and sorting in outpatient pharmacy and inpatient pharmacy by computer management system from January 2007 to June 2008. Results： Consumption of calcium antagonist amlodipine in the amount of tablets, sustained-release tablets Nitramine local level and controlled-release tablets rank of the top three. Conclusion： Using the long-acting calcium antagonist nifedipine has a larger space for development. There are good application prospects.
