硬膜外腔注药治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效分析

目的：探讨硬膜外腔注药治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效与影像学区域定位的相关性。方法：选取单节段腰椎间盘突出症56例，根据CT、MRI对突出间盘进行影像学区域定位分类，将硬膜外腔注药治疗后的效果与影像学区域定位进行对比分析。结果：经平均1年5个月随访，本组56例患者治疗后，优35例，良15例，差6例，总优良率为89．3％；其中位于a域的优良率为95％，优良率亦明显高于位于C域者。结论：硬膜外腔注药是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法，根据影像学区域定位正确选择病例是取得满意疗效的关键。

ANALYSIS OF CLINICAL THERAPEUTIC EFFECT OF LUMBAR INTERVERTEBRAL DISC PROTRUSION TREATED BY EPIDURAL INJECTION

Objective:To explore the relationship of the therapeutic effect of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion treated by epidural injection and the morphological localization of the protrusive disc. Methods:Fifty-six cases with single segment lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were classified according to morphological localization showed by CT or MRI. They were all treated by epidural injection. The relationship between the clinical therapeutic effect and morphological localization was analyzed. Results:After 17 months' follow-up, the rate of excellent and good results were up to 89.3%. The excellent and good results rate located in area A were 95%. Conclusion: Epidural injection is an effective method for lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Correct localization and classification cording to image data are the keys to get satisfactory results.
