| 摘 要： | 菊科菊三七属植物在我国分布10余种,目前发现其中多种植物在动物实验中具有明显的降糖作用,国内外学者对其降糖机制进行了研究。本文从菊三七属植物提取物保护修复胰岛β细胞和刺激胰岛β细胞分泌胰岛素、抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶、提高肌肉葡萄糖吸收等降糖机制进行综述,为进一步研究菊三七属植物及其降糖机制提供参考。

| Abstract: | There are more than ten species of Gynura Cass.distribute in several provinces in China.It is proved that compounds and extracts from a few species have obvious hypoglycemic effection on experimental diabetic animals.Hypoglycemic mechanisms of Gynura Cass.are involved in hypoglycemic effect by protecting Islet β-cells,stimulating insulin secretion,inhibiting α-glucosidase activity,promoting glucose uptake by muscles.The research advances in the mechanisms above will be reviewed. |
