人性照护理论在口腔修复科护理中的应用效果

目的：探讨人性照护理论在口腔修复科护理中的应用效果。方法：将80例口腔修复患者随机分为观察组与对照组各40例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施以人性照护理论为指导的综合性护理干预。干预前后，采用lADS问卷评价两组患者焦虑状况。结果：干预前，观察组MDAS评分为（13．28±2．18）分，对照组为（13．37±2．26）分，两组比较差异无统计学意义（t=0．18，P〉0．05）。干预后，观察组MADS评分为（10．47±1．82）分，对照组为（11．46±2．06）分，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（t=6．26，P〈0．01）。结论：运用人性照护理论护理口腔修复患者能够较好地缓解患者焦虑情绪，有利于提高临床治疗效果。

The application effect of the theory of human nature care in the oral cavity repair nursing

Objective： To explore the clinical application effect of the theory of human nature care in the oral cavity repair nursing. Methods 80 patients who was repaired oral cavity were divided into observation group （40 cases） and control group （40 cases） by flip a coin grouping, the control group was given conventional nursing, the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention which was guided by the theory of human nature care. Before and after intervention, the diagnosis condition of the two groups was assessed with MADS. Results： Before intervention,the score of MADS in the observation group was （ 13.28±2.18 ）points, the score of M ADS in the control group was （ 13.37± 2.26 ）points, there was not statistically significant difference between the two groups（ t = 0.18,P 〉 0.05 ）. After intervention, the score of MADS in the observation group was （ 10.47 ± 1.82 ） points, the score of MADS in the control group was （ 11.46 ± 2.06 ） points, there were statistically significant differences between the two groups （ t = 6.26, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：Nursing the patients who is oral cavity repair by the theory of human nature care can relieve patients＇anxiety better,it is helpful to im- prove the clinical treatment effect.
