| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨激光治疗视网膜裂孔的技术及效果。方法：应用氩激光对不同类型的视网膜裂孔92例92只眼进行光凝封孔治疗。结果：术后观察2年以上，所有患者视网膜裂孔均封闭，成功率达100％，视力维持不变，术后未发生视网膜脱离，未发生严重并发症。结论：激光光凝具有损伤小、定位准确且操作简便、患者痛苦小等优点，是治疗干性视网膜裂孔的理想方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the technique and effect of laser photocoagulation treatment on the hole in retina. Methods: 92 cases(92 eyes) of different type retinal pores were treated with argon laser photocoagulation. Results: All cases were followed above two years, the retinal pores in 92 cases(100%) were completely closed by laser photocoagulation,visual acuity maintained the level of preoperation. Retinal detachment and other serious complication were not found in all eyes after laser photocoagulation. Conclusion: There are many advantages in laser photocoagulation in treating retinal hole, such as safe and simple in use, less pain in patients.Therefore, it is a rational way to treat the dry hole in retina. |
