| 摘 要： | 目的：评价多焦视网膜电图（ＭＥＲＧ）在糖尿病性视网膜病变（ＤＲ）不同期诊断的应用价值。方法：对２４名（３５眼）正常人及６３名（９６眼）糖尿病患者分别进行眼科常规检查、眼压测定、眼底荧光血管造影（ＦＦＡ）、Ｏｃｔｏｐｕｓ视野及ＭＥＲＧ检测，并对ＭＥＲＧ与视野进行相关性分析，对比ＭＥＲＧ与其他视网膜功能检查方法的异常检出率。结果：ＭＥＲＧ总反应波的Ｐ１波反应密度在临床未见ＤＲ（ＮＤＲ）的糖尿病患者低于 |

Usefulness of multifocal eletroretinogram in the diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy |

| Abstract: | To evaluate the value of MERG for the diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy.Method:24 normal subjects (35 eyes) and 63 patients with diabetes (96 eyes) were analyzed.Each subject underwent routine ophthalmic examination,intraocular pressure measurement,fundus photography,FFA,Octopus G2 visual field test and MERG.Result:P 1 wave amplitude of MERG in NDR was much lower than that in normal control (P<0 05),and strongly related to the stages of DR (P<0 001) as well as the global indices MD (P<0 05);in the NDR patients,60 00% is abnormal in P1 wave amplitude of M ERG;P 1 wave amplitude of some local retina is lower in early DR.Conclusion:MERG can measure the retinal function objectively,exactly and sensitively,locate and quantity small abnormal area.And it is helpful in finding of DR and early deterioration of macular visual function in diabetics. |
