| 摘 要： | 目的：寻找合适的用于天舒滴丸定性鉴别的方法。方法：薄层色谱法，对照品及对照药材斑点作为参照。结果：天舒滴丸在分别用于醋酸乙酯一甲醇一水(9：2：0．2)和氯仿一醋酸乙酯一冰醋酸(9：1：0．2)为展开剂时，相应的天麻素和阿魏酸的斑点显色清晰，分离完好。结论：该法简便易行，重现性好，可以作为天舒滴丸的定性鉴别方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To find a proper way for the identification of Tianshu Drop Pills. Methods: By thin layer chromatography, gastrodin, ferulic acid, Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Rhizoma Gastrodiae are used as reference. Results: When the samples are developed by ethyl acetate-methanol-water(9/2/0.2) and chloroform-ethyl acetate-acetic acid(9/1/0.2),the spots of gastrodin and ferulic acid are well separated. Conclusion: The proposed method is simple to practice and reproducible, so it is a proper way for the identification of Tianshu Drop Pills. |
