| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨血液透析过程中低血压循证护理的效果。[方法]将36例血液透析低血压病人随机分成实验组、对照组各18例,实验组采用循证护理,对照组给予常规护理。[结果]实验组、对照组病人低血压发生率分别为10.44%、21.33%,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]循证护理能有效降低血液透析低血压发生率。
