肺内良性结节病变影像学误诊原因分析

摘    要:目的:探讨肺内良性结节性病变影像学诊断中误诊原因。方法:回顾性分析28例肺内良性结节性病变的影像学资料,X线平片加体层摄影11例,CT平扫17例,其中8例采用增强扫描检查。结果:20例误诊为肺癌,6例错构瘤误诊为炎性假瘤,2例炎性假瘤误诊为结核球、错构瘤各1例。结论:造成误诊有多种原因,重视临床病史,合理综合使用影像学检查方法,增加对增强CT扫描检查,加强影像学表现综合分析,是减少误诊的关键。

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the cause of imaging misdiagnosis of pulmonary benign nodule lesions.Methods:The imaging data of 28 cases of pulmonary benign nodule lesions were retrospectively analyzed.This includes 11 cases of X ray plain film and tomography,17 cases of plain CT and 8 cases with contrast enhancement.Results:20 cases of beingn nodule lesions were misdiagnosed as carcinoma.Other 8 cases could not make the diagnosis exactly.6 cases of hamartomas were misdiagnosed as inflammatory pseudotumor.One cases of inflammatory pseudotumor was diagnosed as tuberculoma,and another as hamartomas.Conclusion:There are many reasons to cause imaging misdiagnosis.The key points in reducing the misdiagnosisi rate are following,paying attention to the clinical history,reasonable using the imaging methods,expanding the knowledge of contrast enhanced CT scan,and strenthening the summarizing analysis of the imaging findings.
