应用POLY-RING治疗小儿包皮过长及包茎体会

目的总结小儿包皮过长及包茎应用POLY—RING的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析采用POLY—RING行小儿包皮过长及包茎环切术89例病例资料。结果本组手术耗时短，出血少，无血肿，无术后出血、包皮嵌顿、皮内结节等并发症。术后随访86例，外观形状完全满意者82例：结论该法简单、痛苦小、不出血、并发症少。易于在基层医院推广使用.

Application of POLY-RING to Treat Redundant Prepuce of Infantes

Objectives To summarize efficacy of redundant prepuce and phimosis using POLY-RING therapy. Methods Circular excision was performed in 89 cases of infantile redundant prepuce and phimosis. Results Experience of POLY-RING technique showed that the operation time short, less bleeding, without hematoma. At some time, bleeding,paraphimosis,intraderma node etc,were no occurred and less complications after the operation. 86 cases were followed,apperance of 82 cases was completely satisfactory. Conclusions POLY-RING circlar exision of redundant prepuce and phimosis have more advantage, for example: simplicity,painless,bleedlees, less complication,convenient popularization in treatment of redundant prepuce of infanted.
