白血病患者治前骨髓塑料包埋切片c-myc原癌基因表达的初步研究

目的 探讨急、慢性白血病治疗前骨髓塑料包埋切片内ｃ－ｍｙｃ原癌基因表达的变化。方法 使用冷丙酮固定结合简易三步塑懈体系，观察了２２例急、慢性白血病患者骨髓活检ＧＭＡ地切片内白血病细胞ｃ－ｍｙｃ表达的检测结果。结果 急性髓系白血病（ＡＭＬ）时，１９％￣６９％白血病细胞内含有ｃ－ｍｙｃ蛋白，其含是在每例患者中多变。比较之下，治前的急性淋巴细胞白血病（ＡＬＬ）和慢性髓系白血病（ＣＭＬ）慢性期中就罕有检出

The preliminary study on the proto-oncogene c-myc expression in bone marrow biopsy sections with plastic embedded before treatment for leukemic patients.

Objective The primary purpuse of this study was to explore the expression of the proto oncogene c myc in bone marrow sections with plastic embedded before treatment from leukevaic patients with acute and chronic. Methods Using cold acetone fixation with a simplified three step plastic embedding system were observated in 22 patients with acute and chronic lenkemia by glycol methacrylate (GMA) embedding sections for bone marrow biopsies which results of assessment of c myc expression in the leukemic cells. Results The percentage of leukemic cells with AML containing detectable c myc protein ranges from 19% to 69% with a median value of 36%. C myc protein levels amongst the leukemie cells of individual patients can vary. In contrast, before treatment in ALL and during the ehronic phase of CML cells Containing c myc are rare. Further, specimens were obtained from two other CML patients at the time of accelerate phase contain high c myc expression in the leukemic cells. Conclusion This study describe here a simplified plastic embedding technique for bone marrow biopsies which allows achieve excellent antigenic preservation. The data suggest that high quality observation of morphological details in the expression of c myc protein with the leakemic cells.
