奥扎格雷钠与川芎嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛

目的比较注射用奥扎格雷钠和川芎嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛（UA）的疗效。方法将97例UA患者随机分为奥扎格雷钠治疗组（治疗1组）37例，川芎嗪治疗组（治疗2组）31例，对照组29例，3组患者均给予常规治疗。治疗1组加用奥扎格雷钠80 mg，加入5%葡萄糖注射液500 mL中，静脉滴注，qd。治疗2组每天加用川芎嗪100 mg，溶于5%葡萄糖注射液500 mL中，静脉滴注，qd。各组均治疗2周。2周后进行临床及实验室指标观察并进行比较。结果治疗1组和治疗2组的基本治愈率、显效率及总有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05），治疗1组和治疗2组间差异无显著性（P＞0.05）。结论奥扎格雷钠和川芎嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛，具有显著的抗心肌缺血作用。

Sodium Ozagrel and Ligustrazine in the Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of sodium ozagrel and ligustrazine in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris(UA). Methods Ninety-seven patients with UA were randomly divided into 3 groups: the sodium ozagrel group(trial group 1,n=37),ligustrazine treated-group(trial group 2,n=31) and control group(n=29).Patients of all 3 groups were subjected to conventional treatment for angina pectoris.Patients of the trial group 1 and 2 were given each additionally an injection of sodium ozagrel(80 mg) and ligustrazine(100 mg) added to 500 mL of 5% glucose solution administered by IV instillation q.d.,respectively.The course of treatment in all 3 groups lasted 2 weeks.Indexes of clinical manifestations and laboratory examinations in patients of the 3 groups were compared after the two weeks treatment. Results The basic cure rates,excellent effective rates and overall effective rates in patients of the 2 trial groups were obviously higher than those in patients of the control group(P<0.05).However,the differences between patients of the trial group 1 and 2 were insignificant(P>0.05). Conclusion Sodium ozagrel and ligustrazine were shown to have notable effects to relieve myocardial ischemia in the treatment of UA.
