摘    要:目的针对"新生儿窒息复苏"临床教学中普遍存在的问题和教学的实际需要,应用高级仿真系统(ECS)进行"新生儿窒息复苏"医学的教学研究,建立以临床模拟电教教学与临床实践相结合的教学方式。方法根据临床真实病例编写软件程序,分别设计新生儿的轻度窒息、重度窒息等情景,输入ECS模拟新生儿窒息病例。学员随机分组(每组3-4人)在ECS身上进行识别、分析、诊断、抢救治疗等综合演练。结果学员反馈意见表82份,认为电脑模拟人在"新生儿窒息复苏心肺复苏"和危重病抢救教学中有非常大的作用占98(。结论实践显示,ECS能逼真地模拟现实情况下新生儿的各类急、危、重复杂情景,使学生技能训练更加标准、规范。减少医疗事故和纠纷在临床实践中的发生,为学科发展提供了教学经验和依据。

Abstract:Objective In view of common problems in clinical teaching of asphyxia neonatorum resuscitation and actual needs of teaching, this paper studies applying emergency care simulator (ECS), an advanced simulation system, in asphyxia neonatorum resuscitation teaching. We set up the means of teaching combining clinical simulation teaching with clinical practice. Methods We worked out software programmes based on authentic clinical cases, designed scenarios of mild and severe asphyxia neonatorum, and entered them into ECS simulated cases. Trainees were divided randomly (3 -4 in each group) to receive comprehensive training on ECS in recognition, analysis, diagnosis and treatment. Results We collected 82 students' feedback, and 98 % of them thought that ECS played a great role in asphyxia neonatorum resuscitation and critical care teaching. Conclusion Practice shows that this system can realistically simulate patients' clinical symptoms and vital signs, current situation in all kinds of emergency, critical and complicated conditions, which enable students to get more standardized skill training. This helps to reduce malpractice and medical disputes and provides teaching experience and foundation for disciplinary development.
