摘    要:<正>川乌为毛茛科植物乌头(Aconitum carmichaelii Debx.)的干燥母根,有大毒,具有祛风除湿、温经止痛之功效,常用于风寒湿痹、关节疼痛、心腹冷痛等疾病的治疗[1]。川乌化学成分复杂,主要含有生物碱类成分,其中,二萜生物碱是川乌的特征有效成分,具有抗炎、镇痛、镇静、心血管及中枢神经等方面的作用[2-7]。近年来,对二萜生物碱的国内外研究报道较多,现主要从多种二萜生物碱成分的同时检测、药动学研究进展等方面对其作一综述。1二萜生物碱类化学成分川乌中二萜生物碱具有显著的生理活性。根据

Abstract:[Objective] To study the resources of the wild medicinal plant and their distributive characteristics and composition in the mountain region of Tangshan for providing the basis for the utilization of these resources of medicinal plant. [Methods] The authors have gone deep into the representative plot area and have investigated the resources of the medicinal plant. They have also collected and identified specimens, studied the literature and so on. [Results] The investigation has showed that there are 113 family, 301 genus, 382 species of wild medicinal plant in the mountain regions of Tangshan. Among them, there are 7 family, 8 genus, 11 species of fern;5 family, 6 genus, 8 species of gymnosperm;9 family, 36 genus, 42 species of monocotyledon;92 family, 251 genus, 321 species of dicotyledon. [Conclusion] The mountain regions of Tangshan is rich in resources of wild medicinal plants, and the prospects of the development and utilization are more brightening.
