广西全州县疟疾监测点5年监测结果分析

目的分析全州县疟疾监测点5年监测效果，为巩固防治成果提供科学依据。方法收集疟疾监测点2005-2009年监测资料进行分析。结果5年来共血检本地居民发热患者3780人次，未检出疟原虫阳性者，血检流动人员发热患者955人，疟原虫阳性率为0．73％。媒介监测，共进行50次室外人工诱蚊和蚊帐内捕蚊，仅捕获中华按蚊1种5579只，平均叮人为53．52只／入夜。结论全州县疟疾监测点5年查无本地感染疟疾病例，疟疾传播已阻断。但传疟媒介和输入性疟疾仍然存在，疟疾监测措施不能中断。

Analysis on monitoring result of malaria in Quanzhou site during 2005-2009

Objective To analyze the result of malaria monitoring in Shitang site of Quanzhou county so as to provide scientific basis for malaria control consolidating. Methods The data on malaria surveillance site from 2005 to 2009 was collected and analyzed. Results A total of 3780 slides of febrile patient in local residents and 955 slides of floating population were examination. The plasmodium positive rate was 0.73%. A total of 5579 anopheles sinensis was caught. The average bite rate was 53.52 per person per night. Conclusions There were no local infection case was found and malaria transmission has been interrupted at Quanzhou county in the past 5 years. But imported malaria and malaria vector were still existed. Monitoring of malaria in this county should be continuing strengthens.
