| 摘 要： | 流行性乙型脑炎属于温病中"暑温"、"暑湿"、"疫痉"范畴,文章主要查阅历代流行性乙型脑炎相关文献,结合文献,凃晋文教授分别对流行性乙型脑炎病名、病因及病机特点进行分析;根据温病卫气营血理论,阐述流行性乙型脑炎自身特点及温病卫气营血特点等方面探讨流行性乙型脑炎病机及其传变特点。从临床实际出发,结合凃晋文教授临床经验和自己的见解,正确认识流行性乙型脑炎传变规律的新变化,使温病学理论与临床实际相结合,为中医药防治流行性乙型脑炎奠定理论基础,以彰显流行性乙型脑炎病机传变特点,丰富临床实践运用。

| Abstract: | Epidemic encephalitis B belongs to’warm disease in summer’,’summer heat-dampness’,’pestilence spasm’of warm diseases.In this article,accroding to the related literature of past dynasties,TU Jin-wen professor expounded the own characteristics,Wei Qi Ying Xue characteristics,pathogenesis characteristics and transmission characteristics of epidemic encephalitis on the basis of related theories.Combination with the clinical experience and insights of TU Jin-wen professor,a correct understanding of the new changes of the JBE transmission law of to integrate warm diseases theories wtih clinical realities,for the prevention and treatment of medical laid a theoretical foundation to highlight the JBE pathogenesis transmission characteristics and rich the use of clinical practice. |
