肾性高血压大鼠肥大心肌组织内皮素水平的变化

目的 :探讨内皮素在肾性高血压致心肌肥大中的可能作用。方法 :制作肾性高血压动物模型为实验组 ,观察术后 4周和 8周时动脉血压、心肌肥大指数、心肌组织内皮素的变化 ,并与对照组进行比较。结果 :术后 4周、8周 ,动脉血压持续升高、心肌肥大指数分别显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1) ,内皮素水平分别显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 5 ) ,内皮素与心肌肥大程度呈显著正相关 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :肾性高血压所致心肌肥大的发生可能与内皮素水平增高有关。

The changes of endothelin in heart of renal hypertension rats

Objective: To explore the effects of endothelin in the development of cardiac hypertrophy in hypertension.Methods: The animal model of renal hypertension was made as experiment group.The blood pressure,the ratio of left ventricular weight to body weight,the level of endothelin in heart were measured at 4,8 weeks. Results: The blood pressure,cardiac hypertrophy and levels of endothelin significantly increased verus control group between 4 to 8 weeds.Conclusion: The development of cardiac hypertrophy in renal hypertension might be related to the increased level of endothelin.
