摘    要:目的分析16层螺旋CT在无创性冠状动脉显像方面的应用及其对冠心病的诊断意义。方法采用16层螺旋CT心电门控平扫厦增强扫描,以对比剂增强图像行三维重建,其中39例患者有选择性冠状动脉造影为对照。结果122例受检者中冠状动脉CTA(angiography with CT)正常者58例;25例为冠状动脉支架植入术后,CTA发现再狭窄8例;39例CTA显示有不同程度的冠状动脉病变者,进一步于DSA下行选择性冠状动脉造影,其中28例证实有冠状动脉病变,另11例正常(即为冠状动脉CTA的假阳性部分)。结论冠状动脉CTA是冠状动脉无创性检查的有效手段,可用于冠心病的诊断璁冠脉介入治疗后的随访。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of non-invasive coronary angiography with 16-slice spiral CT(CTA)on the diagnosis of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Both plain and enhanced 16-slice spiral CT scanning were performed in 122 cases with suspected CHD.3D reconstruction was done with enhanced scans.Thirty-nine cases underwent additional selective coronary angiography by DSA.Results In the total 122 cases,58 cases were normal in CTA;in 25 patients with CHD in following-up after percutaneous coronary interventional therapy(PCI),8 cases had restenosis;39 cases with coronary stenosis lesion in CTA underwent DSA,28 patients in this group were further proved CHD by selective coronary angiography,the other 11 cases were negative or false positive in CTA.Conclusion The non-invasive means CTA is effective in the diagnosis of CHD and the follow-up after PCI.
