| 摘 要： | 目的了解河南省城乡居民口腔疾病患病和治疗需求状况。方法按照"第三次全国口腔健康流行病学调查方案"的要求,于2005年对3143名城乡5～74岁居民进行口腔检查。结果5岁组乳牙患龋率为59.1%,龋均2.60,充填率3.3%。12岁组恒牙患龋率为19.0%,龋均0.29,充填率4.0%;牙龈出血和牙结石检出率为29.6%和48.7%。35～44岁组牙冠患龋率为49.6%,龋均1.27,充填率15.2%,牙龈出血和牙结石检出率为67.7%和95.5%,浅、深牙周袋(PI≥4mm、PI≥6mm)检出率为38.7%和7.3%,牙周附着丧失(≥4mm)率24.4%,牙周健康率19.3%,失牙率66.5%,义齿修复率7.9%。65～74岁组牙冠患龋率为73.4%,龋均3.61,充填率7.1%,牙根患龋率38.6%,牙龈出血和牙结石检出率为58.4%和84.5%,浅、深牙周袋检出率为43.1%和8.6%,牙周附着丧失率72.4%,牙周健康率16.5%,失牙率96.4%;义齿修复率39.6%。结论河南省5～74岁人群口腔健康状况较差,患病率高而治疗率很低,应加强牙病防治工作。 |
