| 摘 要： | 目的：建立盐酸二甲双胍肠溶片的质量标准。方法：采用UV法测定盐酸二甲双胍肠溶片在酸及缓冲液中的释放度及含量。结果：在选定的波长外，辅料及肠溶衣剂对测定无干扰，释放度平均回收率99．0％，含量平均回收率99．9％。结论： 测定方法简便、结果可靠，可作为该制剂质量控制标准. |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: Estabilish a method for the quality control of metformin hydrochloride enteric coated tablets. METHOD: The rate of release and content of metformin hydrochloride enteric coated tablets were determinated by UV. RESULTS: The excipient is not interference. The recovery of release is 99.0%, the recovery of content is 99.9%. CONCLUSION:The method is simple and resultes are reliable. It can be used for the quality control. |
