| 摘 要： | 代谢组学是近几年发展起来的对某一生物或细胞所有低分子量代谢产物进行定性和定量分析的一门新学科，是系统生物学的重要组成部分。本文简要介绍了代谢组学的概念和研究方法，对当前代谢组学在肿瘤诊断中的应用进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Solitary fibrous tumor of the pleura is a rare mesenchymal neoplasm that probably derives from fibroblast located in the submesothelial interspace of the pleural space. According to the pathological features, we can divide tumors into two categories: benignancy and malignancy. Complete surgical resection is the best treatment method. In this review, the epidemiology, clinical presentation, radiologic features, differential diagnosis, treatment, pathology and prognosis of this disease are described. |
