琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片联合贝那普利治疗慢性心力衰竭

目的观察琥珀酸关托洛尔缓释片联合贝那普利治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭（CHF）的疗效。方法根据NYHA心功能分级，将2006年8月至2007年8月在我院门诊就诊的心功能2—3级慢性充血性心力衰竭患者121例，随机分为对照组60例与治疗组61例。对照组给予常规抗心力衰竭治疗；治疗组在常规治疗应用贝那普利的基础上，应用琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗12个月，由11．88mg，1次／d，逐渐增加至95mg，1次／d。结果治疗组临床症状改善，总有效率为85．25％，明显高于对照组的70．00％（P〈0．05）；两组治疗后心脏射血分数及左室舒张末期容积（LVDD）较治疗前明显改善（P〈0．01），且治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05）；患者再发心力衰竭及心血管原因的死亡均减少。结论琥珀酸关托洛尔缓释片联合贝那普利在常规治疗心力衰竭基础上能显著改善患者临床症状及心功能，比单用贝那普利对治疗更有效，改善预后，可用于慢性CHF的常规治疗。

Metoprolol succinate sustdined -release tablets combined with benazepril in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure

Objective To observe the effect of metoprolol succinate sustained release tablets jointed benazepril in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure. Methods According to NYHA classification of cardiac function, A total of 121 patients with NYHA functional class Ⅲ-Ⅳ chronic heart failure from August 2006 to August 2007 in our hospital out -patient were randomly divided into control group of 60 cases and 61 cases of treatment group. Control group was treated with conventional therapy for heart failure,while the treatment group was treated with metoprolol succinate sustdined- release tablet at an initial dose of 11.88 mg once a day but gradually increased to 95 mg once a day, in addition to the conventional therapy of benazepril. Results The total responsive rate in the treatment group （85.25%）was significantly higher than in control group（70.00% ） （P 〈 0.05）. The ejection fraction in both groups had significant improvement as compared with before treatment （P 〈0.01 ） ,with the treatment group showing a better improvement than in control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Patients with recurrent heart failure and cardiovascular causes of death were reduced. Conclusions Administration of metoprolol succinate sustdined - release tablet plus the conventional therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and cardiac function in patients with chronic congestive heart failure, which is more effective than the single benazepril on the treatment. And it can improve the prognosis and be used for the routine treatment of chronic CHF.
