摘    要:目的观察C形臂X线机下针刀松解枕下三角对椎-基底动脉供血不足(VBI)的影响。方法将131例VBI患者随机分为两组,治疗组68例采用C形臂X线机下针刀松解枕下三角并同时刺激风池穴治疗,对照组63例采用静脉滴注葛根素注射液治疗。观察治疗前后临床症状及经颅多普勒超声(TCD)检测左椎动脉、右椎动脉、基底动脉平均血流速度的变化。结果治疗组总有效率89.71%,对照组总有效率85.71%。针刀治疗组治疗前后椎-基底动脉平均血流速度差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)且疗效优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论C形臂X线机下针刀松解枕后三角治疗VBI疗效显著。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate clinical curative effect debonding debridement trigonum submentale by acupotomy for VBI. Methods Divided 131 cases VBI sufferers into two groups randomly, curing group of 68 cases applied for debonding debridement trigonum submentale by acupotomy, comparing group of 63 cases applieed for puerarin intravenous injection. Observe the changes of clinical symptoms before and after treatment and examine change of left vertebral artery, right vertebral artery, basilar artery for average of blood flowing speed by TCD. Rusults Total effective rate of curing group was 89.71% comparing group was 85. 71%. Before and after treatment, left vertebral artery, right vertebral artery, basilar artery average of blood flowing speed for acupotomy group showed remarkable change (P 〈0.01 ), whose effects were better than comparing group (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions Debonding debridement trigonum submentale by acupotomy for VBI has remarkable curative effect.
