| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脂联素与2型糖尿病大血管病变的相关性。方法83例2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者，按有无大血管病变分为大血管病变组（43例）和无大血管病变组（40例），另设健康对照组41例，均检测血浆脂联素水平及糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、空腹血糖及胰岛素水平等。结果失血管病变组和无大血管病变组血浆脂联素水平明显低于正常对照组（P〈0．01）；大血管病变组血浆脂联素水平也明显低于无大血管病变组（P〈0．01）。结论血浆脂联素水平降低是T2DM和T2DM大血管病变的危险因子。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the assoeiation of adiponeetin and maerovaseular complications in patients with type.2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Eighty - three eases of type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups （43 eases with maerovaseular disease and 40 eases DM without maeroangiopathy）, plasma adiponeetin, HbAle, fasting plasma glueose and plasma insulin levels were deteeted in all eases and were compared with those of 41 healthy people. Results Adiponeetin in maeroangiopathy group and DM group without maeroangiopathy were significantly lower than those of healthy control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Adiponeetin was also significantly decreased in DM group with maeroangiopathy as com- pared with DM group without maeroangiopathy （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The decreased adiponeetin seems to be a risk factor of type 2 diabetes and its maerovaseular complication. |
