| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多层螺旋CT（MSCT）对纵隔淋巴瘤与转移性淋巴结的鉴别诊断价值。方法回顾性分析纵隔淋巴瘤和转移性淋巴结各21例的MSCT图像特征，观察记录淋巴结的大小、形态、CT值、强化特征、分布区域等并对其进行对比分析。结果平扫CT值纵隔淋巴瘤高于转移性淋巴结（t=3．880，P〈0．01）；最大径纵隔淋巴瘤大于转移性淋巴结（t=4．323，P〈0．01）；强化模式淋巴瘤多均匀一致强化（13／21，61．9％），转移性淋巴结多周边强化（12／21，57．1％）。结论MSCT对纵隔淋巴瘤与转移性淋巴结鉴别诊断有很大价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the differential diagnosis value of multi -slice spiral CT in lymphoma and metastatic lymph nodes on mediastinum. Methods Tile CT findings of 42 cases of lymph nodes on mediastinum （lymphoma 21 cases, metastatic lymph nodes 21 cases） were observed by the size, shape, CT value, enhancement style and distribution of lymph nodes. Results The plain scan CT value of lymphoma was higher than that of metastatic lymph nodes （ t = 3. 880, P 〈 0.01 ）, andthe diameter was also larger（ t =4. 323, P 〈 0.01 ）. Lymphoma was homogeneous enhancement（ 13/21,61.9% ）. The metastatic lymph nodes were peripheral enhancement（ 12/21,57.1% ）more. Conclusions MSCT is quite helpful for the differential diagnosis of lymphoma and metastatic lymph nodes on mediastinum. |
