大肠癌组织中Survivin的表达和微血管密度及其相互关系

目的探讨大肠癌组织中Survivin的表达及其与肿瘤血管生成的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法．检测51例大肠癌组织、16例腺瘤组织和16例大肠正常组织中Survivin的表达及微血管密度（microvessel density，MVD）。结果大肠癌组织中Survivin、微血管密度的表达远高于腺瘤和正常组织（P〈0．05）。大肠癌中Survivin的表达及微血管密度与肿瘤的部位无关（P〉0．05），而与Dukes分期、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及远处转移密切相关（P〈0．05）。Survivin的表达与微血管密度显著相关（P〈0．05）。结论Survivin在大肠癌的发生和发展中起重要作用，并与肿瘤血管生成有关。

Survivin expression,microvessel density and their relationship in colorectal carcinoma

Objective To investigate the significance of Survivin expression and tumor anglogenesis for colorectal carcinoma tissue. Methods Survivin expression and mierovessel density were detected with immunochemical SP method in 51 cases of eolorectal carcinoma, 16 cases of adenoma and 16 cases of normal tissue. Results The positive rates of Survivin and microvessel density in colorectal carcinoma were significantly higher than those in adenoma and normal tissue （ P 〈 0.05）. Survivin and microvessel density had no significant correlation with tumor site in colorectal carcinoma, but had significant correlation with Dukes stage, depth of invasion, lymphnode metastasis and distant metastasis. Survivin expression was correlated with microvessel density. Conclusions Survivin play a key role in the development of colorectal carcinoma, and correlate with the tumor angiogenesis.
