子宫内膜癌组织中垂体肿瘤转化基因和survivin的表达及临床意义

目的观察子宫内膜癌（EMC）组织中垂体肿瘤转化基因（PTTG）、survivin表达情况，探讨其与细胞增殖活性、临床病理特性及预后的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学（SP法）检测15例正常子宫内膜、26例子宫内膜增生过长及52例子宫内膜癌标本中PTTG、survivin及增殖细胞核抗原（PCNA）的表达情况。结果PTTG、Survivin和PCNA在正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜增生过长及子宫内膜腺癌中蛋白表达差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；子宫内膜癌中，不同组织学分级、临床分期及肌层浸润间的PTTG蛋白表达差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），PCNA表达在不同临床分期间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），而与组织学分级和肌层浸润无关（P〉0．05），survivin蛋白表达与子宫内膜癌的组织学分级、临床分期及肌层浸润均无相关性（P〉0．05）；在子宫内膜腺癌中PTTG与survivin、PCNA表达均呈正相关（P〈0．05）。结论PTTG表达增高与肿瘤的恶性程度密切相关，且与细胞增殖活性相关，可用来鉴别肿瘤恶性程度、预测预后。

Significance of PTTG,survivin expression in endometrial carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression of PTTG and survivin in endometrial carcinoma tissues, then study their relationship with cell proliferation activity, clinical pathological character and prognosis in endometrial carcinoma. Methods The positive rates of PTTG, survivin and PCNA expression in 15 cases of normal endometria, twenty - six cases of endometrial hyperplasia, fifty - two cases of endometrial carcinoma were studied by immunohistochemistry. Results The differences of PTTG, survivin and PCNA expressions in normal endometria, endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma were significant （ P 〈 0.05）. In endometrial carcinoma of different histological grade, clinical stage and myometrial invasion, PTTG expression were different obviously （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were differences of PCNA expression in different clinical stage （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but had no relation to histological grade and myometrial invasion （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Expression of survivin was irrelevant to histological grade, clinical stage and myometrial invasion of endometrial carcinoma（ P 〉 0.05 ）. PTTG expression was obviously associated with survivin and PCNA. Conclusions The level of PTTG expression are related to malignant degree of endometrial carcinoma, and are correlated with cell proliferation significantly. So it can be used to discriminate the malignant degree of tumor, forecast the prognosis of tumor.
