单枚PDN～SOLO型假体置换术治疗腰椎间盘突出症30例

目的观察单枚人工髓核PDN～SOLO型假体置换术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法2003年3月至2005年6月，我院共施行单枚PDN～SOLO型假体置换术治疗腰椎间盘突出症30例，其中男17例，女13例，年龄25～61岁，平均43．1岁；第5腰椎～第1骶椎9例，第4～5腰椎17例，第3～4腰椎2例，第3～4腰椎并第4～5腰椎2例，术前均通过CT或MRI检查证实临床症状是由腰椎间盘突出症所致。均采用单枚PDN—SOLO置入，SOLO-525型3例，SOLO-725型24例，SOLO-925型3例。结果所有患者术后临床症状均消失，运动功能明显改善。25例获得随访，随访时间6～18个月，平均15．5个月。所有患者病变椎间隙的高度较术前均有增高（6～12mm）。术后早期并发症主要包括一过性腰部酸痛和低热，少见并发症包括假体移位脱出。结论人工髓核置换手术可以明显改善患者临床症状和功能，有效提高椎间盘高度，并发症轻微，可以接受，近期效果肯定，但长期效果尚待进一步随访。

Single artificial nucleus pulposus PDN - SOLO type of prosthesis replacement in 30 patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc

Objective To observe a single artificial nucleus pulposus （prosthetic disc nucleus） PDN - SOLO type of prosthesis replacement treatment the result of the prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods Thirty cases of the disease of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were treated with PDN-SOLO from March,2003 to June,2005, including 17 male and 13 female, the age was 25 -61 years old, average 43.1 years. L5/S1 9 cases, L4/5 17 cases, L3/4 2 cases, L3/4 together L4/5 2 cases. All clinical symptom through CT or MR/check was result of the disease of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. All adopt a single PDN -SOLO to place, 3 cases with SOLO -525, 24 cases with SOLO -725, 3 cases with SOLO - 925. Results All clinical symptom disappears, sport function improves obviously. Twenty -five cases were followed up, with from 6 to 18 mouths, average 15.5 mouths. All heights of the intervertebral space increase compare to preoperative （6 -12 mm）. The complications mainly included in early days soreness temporarily with low - grade fever, the seldom complications included a false body to move to take off. Conclusions Artificial prosthesis replacement can improve patients＇s symptom and function obviously, exalt validly the intervertebral discs height. The complications can accept slightly, in the near future result affirmation, but the long -term results treat still further with visit.
