痛风性关节炎的X线诊断

目的总结30例痛风性关节炎的X线表现，旨在加强对本病的再认识。方法收集1990年以来经临床证实的痛风性关节炎30例，就其X线表现、临床症状及实验室检查并结合文献进行回顾性分析。结果病变以第一跖趾关节为最好发和首发部位，占83．3％（25／30），其他关节亦可受累。X线表现为：①软组织肿胀；②骨质破坏24例（80％）；③关节改变20例（66．7％）；④其他改变有少数病例受累关节邻近骨质疏松等。结论只有熟悉痛风性关节炎的早期X线表现及其特点，结合，临床症状及实验室检查，才能及早对本病作出正确诊断。

X - ray diagnosis of the gouty arthritis

Objective To enhance the recognition of gouty arthritis through analyzing the X -ray findings in 30 cases. Methods The data of thirty cases of gouty arthritis proved by clinic,laberatory ex- amination and X -ray findings were retrospectively analysed, and discussed with review of literature. Results The first metatarso -phalangeal joint was a common location of pathological changes （83.3%）, and other joint were also involved. Radiologic manifestations：（1）soft tissue swelling;（2） osteoclasia in 24 cases （80%） ;（3）abnormity of the joint in 20 cases（66.7% ） ;（4） osteoporosis in a few cases. Conclusions It can be diagnosied correctly in the early stage if the doctor is quite familiar with early radiologicmanifestations and features of the gouty arthritis, and also considered with clinical features and laboratory examination.
