老年高血压病左室肥厚与中医血瘀证积分及血液流变学的关系

通过对老年高血压病有无左室肥厚患者各２０例，进行性别，年龄配对后，观察其中医血瘀证积分与血液流变学指标的变化，以及血瘀与左室肥厚的关联程度，结果显示：（１）将左室肥厚（ＬＶＨ）者血瘀证积分高于无左室肥厚（ＮＬＶＨ）者（Ｐ〈０．０５），血瘀证与ＬＶＨ关联密切（ＯＲ＝４．５）；（２）ＬＶＨ者存在全血粘度（低切），血浆粘度，纤维蛋白原，血小板凝集率增高为主，ＮＬＶＨ者存在血浆粘度，血小板聚集率增高为主；

Relationship Among Left Ventricular Hypertrophy,Integral of TCM Blood Stasis & Blood Rheology in Senile Hypertension

20 cases of senile hypertension patients with or without left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) were investigated for observing the correlation between TCM blood stasis and blood rheology and between blood stasis and LVH.The result showed that, 1.the integral of TCM blood stasis in LVH group was higher than that in non-LVH group(P<0.05 ). 2.The whole blood viscosity,plasma in LVH group while mainly the plasma viscosity and platelet aggregation rate rose in non-LVH group.It indicates that, 1.the higher blood viscosity is peripheral resistance which is related to the occurrence of LVH.The blood stasis is one of the TCM pathogenic factors which the change of the integral partly reflect the process of LVH. 2.The TCM agents for activating blood removing stasis might be beneficial for the prevention and treatment of LVH in senile hypertension.
