视网膜母细胞瘤组织中CD44v6的表达

目的 :探讨视网膜母细胞瘤 (retinoblastoma ,RB)中CD4 4v6的表达及临床意义 .方法 :应用SABC免疫组织化学法观察 2 2例RB及 6例正常视网膜组织中CD4 4v6的表达 .结果 :6例正常视网膜组织中CD4 4v6有 1例阳性表达 ,阳性率为 1 6 .6 % (1 /6 ) ;2 2例RB中有 1 6例阳性表达 ,阳性率为72 .7% (1 6 /2 2 ) (P <0 .0 5 ) .分化型RB (1 4例 )组织中CD4 4v6表达低于未分化型 (8例 ) (P >0 .0 5 ) .视神经浸润组 (1 3例 )中CD4 4v6阳性表达明显高于视神经未浸润组 (9例 ) (P <0 .0 5 ) .结论 :CD4 4v6表达率在RB恶性程度高及转移病例逐渐增加 .CD4 4v6可能成为判断RB恶性程度、浸润及转移的一个指标

Expression of CD44v6 in retinoblastoma tissue

AIM: To examine the expression of CD44v6 in retinoblastoma (RB) and its clinical significance. METHODS: CD44v6 expression was observed in 22 specimens of retinoblastoma and 6 specimens of normal retina immunohistochemically. RESULTS: CD44v6 was expressed in 1 of 6 specimens of normal retina (16.6%), and 16 of 22 specimens of retinoblastoma (72.7%) ( P <0.05). CD44v6 expression in differentiated RB tissues (14 cases) was lower than that in non differentiated tissues (8 cases) ( P > 0.05 ), and higher in the optic nerve infiltrated group (13 cases) than in the optic nerve non infiltrated group (9 cases). CONCLUSION: The positive expression rate of CD44v6 in RB with high malignant degree and metastasis is raised gradually. It seems that CD44v6 may become a new marker for malignancy, infiltration and metastasis of RB.
