弱酸性次氯酸消毒液杀菌性能和腐蚀性的试验研究

目的研究弱酸性次氯酸消毒液的杀菌性能和金属腐蚀性。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验方法和理化分析方法,对弱酸性次氯酸消毒液进行试验观察。结果以含200mg/L有效氯的该消毒液对布片载体上的大肠杆菌(8099)和绿脓杆菌(ATCC 15442)作用5min,对金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC 6538)作用7.5min,对白色念珠菌(ATCC 10231)作用20min,对钢片载体上的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢(ATCC 9372)作用30min,其杀灭对数值可达3.00以上。对不锈钢金属基本无腐蚀,对铜、铝和碳钢属中度腐蚀。结论该消毒液具有较好的杀菌效果。

Experimental Study on Germicidal Properties and Metal Corrosion of Weakly Acidic Hypochlorite Disinfectant

Objective To study the germicidal efficacy and metal corrosion of weakly acidic hypochlorite disinfectant. Methods Carrier quantitative germicidal tests and physicochemical analysis method were used to observe the disinfection property of this disinfectant. Results The average killing logarithm value of Escherieh ia coil and Pseudomonas aerugi- nosa in the fabric carrier exposed to the solution containing available chloric 200 mg/L for 5 min was 〉3.00, and that of Staphylococcus aureus for 7.5min was 〉3.00, and that of Candida albicans for 20min was 〉3.00, and that of Bacillus subtilis var. niger in steel carrier exposed to the same solution for 30 rain was 〉3.00. It was essentially non-corrosive to stainless steel and moderately corrosive to copper,aluminum and carbon steel. Conclusion The disinfectant has relatively good germicidal efficacy.
