大丰市娱乐场所性服务者艾滋病相关知识、态度和行为调查

目的了解大丰市娱乐场所性服务者艾滋病相关知识和行为状况,评价防治效果,为制定艾滋病防治措施提供科学依据,以提高对高危人群行为干预的针对性。方法 2013年5~6月选择大丰市区部分娱乐场所,采取匿名调查问卷方法,对大丰市260名性服务者进行面对面的艾滋病相关知识和行为问卷调查,同时采集血液标本进行HIV感染状况检测。结果调查260人,艾滋病知识核心问题知晓率为73.85%(192/260),接受过干预与未接受过干预的人对艾滋病知识核心问题知晓率分别为86.32%、43.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。认为正确使用安全套可以降低感染艾滋病的危险性占87.31%(227/260);最近1次、最近1月每次商业性行为安全套使用率分别为91.54%(238/260)、85.38%(222/260);被调查者艾滋病知识获取途径主要来自电视、网络和报刊杂志等传媒,分别为88.46%(230/260)、76.54%(199/260)和53.46%(139/260)。结论大丰市娱乐场所性服务者艾滋病相关知识总体知晓率不高,仍存在高危行为,应采取针对性措施,进一步加强该人群艾滋病相关知识健康教育和行为干预,预防艾滋病的传播和流行。

Survey on AIDS-related Knowledge,Attitude and Behavior Among Entertainment Sex Workers,Dafeng City

Objective To understand the status of AIDS related knowledge and behavior among entertainment sex workers in Dafeng city,evaluate control effect, provide scientific basis for prevention and treatment measures, so as to improve i the relevance of high-risk behavior intervention. Methods Some entertainment places were selected to conduct a survey on the AIDS related knowledge and behavior among 260 sex workers in the city by anonymous questionnaire investigation method during May-June in 20i3,at the same time,blood samples were collected to detect H1V infection status. Results Of 260 people surveyed, the core problem of AIDS knowledge awareness rate was 73.85% （192/260）;the awareness rate of AIDS core problem knowledge for intervention group and that without intervention group was 86.32% and 43.51%, with significant differences（ P 〈0.01）. Considering that proper use of condoms can reduce the risk of HIV infection accounted for 87.31% （227/260） ;the rate of condom use in commercial sex every time was 91.5% （238/260）and 85.38 % （222/260）in recent time and last month; AIDS knowledge sources of respondents were mainly from television, Internet,newspapers and magazines were 88.46% （230/260）, 76.54% （199/260） and 53.46% （139/260）. Conclusion The overall awareness of AIDS related knowledge is not high among entertalnment sex workers in Dafeng city, there are still high-risk behaviors;appropriate measures should be taken to further strengthen the knowledge of AIDS related health education and behavioral intervention to prevent the spread and prevalence of HIV/AIDS.
