| 摘 要： | 椎动脉型颈椎病一般认为是由于颈部的椎间盘、椎骨发生退变后，刺激或压迫了椎动脉及交感神经，导致椎基底动脉供血不足，从而引起以头晕、头痛为主症的一种疾病，手法治疗是行之有效的方法之一。自2003年至2006年运用颈椎仰卧牵扳法治疗本病取得了满意的疗效，现介绍如下。 |
