康复新液联合泮托拉唑三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性消化性溃疡的临床疗效

目的观察康复新液联合泮托拉唑、阿莫西林、呋喃唑酮三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(HP)相关的消化性溃疡(Pu)的疗效.方法将经胃镜检查确诊的158例幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染相关的消化性溃疡(Pu),随机分两组.对照组:78例,泮立苏40mg+阿莫西林1000mg+呋喃唑酮100mg,2次/d,三联治疗7d后,继续单用泮立苏40mg,1次/d,连服3周;治疗组80例,是在对照组基础上加服康复新液10mL,3次/d,共4周.于治疗前后进行临床症状严重程度评分,胃镜下溃疡疗效情况,HP清除情况及治疗后1年溃疡复发情况评估.结果两组治疗对比显示,治疗后都能明显缓解临床症状,而治疗组比对照组临床症状改善更为迅速,1个月后胃镜复查,溃疡愈合率,总有效率,HP清除率,治疗组分别为87.50%、97.5%、93.75%,对照组分别为51.00%、93.00%、89.74%,治疗组痊愈率优于对照组(P<0.01),总有效率及HP根除率无明显差异(P>0.05).治疗后1年溃疡复发率,治疗组20.00%,对照组42.30%,两组有显著差异(P<0.01).结论康复新液能迅速改善消化性溃疡的临床症状,促进溃疡愈合,缩短愈合疗程,减少和预防溃疡复发,康复新液联合泮立苏三联疗法治疗HP相关的消化性溃疡疗效可靠,值得推广应用.

Report of Kangfuxin Liquid in Combination with Pantoprazole-Triple Therapy for Peptic Ulcer of Helicobacter Pylori Infection

Objective To observe the effect of Kangfuxin liquid in combination with triple therapy with pantoprazole、amoxyicillin and furazolidone on peptic ulcer (PU) of helicobacter pylori (PH) infection.Methods A total of 158 cases patients with HP-associated peptic ulcer diagnosed by coloscope were randomly divied into two grouos:control group treated with pantoprazole 40 mg bid, amoxyicillin 1000 mg bid and furazolidone 1000 mg bid for one week,and then treated with pantoprazole 40 mg qd for three weeks (n=78),treatment group were treated as same as the control group and added with Kangfuxin liquid 10 mL tid for four weeks(n=80). The syndrome were analysised after treatment and endoscopy and gastsric biopsies were repeated to compared with before treatemt. Ulcer healing and eradication of Hp were assassed one year after the therapy.Results Both of the two groups were effective,and the treatment group was much faster than control group.Endoscopy and gastsric biopsies were repeated one month after the therapy. The active ulcer healing rates in treatment group and control treatment were 87.50% and 51.00% with the difference being significant between the two groups,the total effective rates were 97.50% and 93.75% with no significant difference(P>0.05) and the Hp eradication rates were 93.60% and 89.74% with no significant difference(P>0.05),the one-year relapse rates were 20.00% and 42.30% with significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion Kangfuxin liquid in combination with pantoprazole-Triple therapy for peptic ulcer of HP infection was effective and reliable to improve the peptic ulcer sydrome、heal the peptic ulcer、shorten the treatment period,reduce and prevent the peptic ulcer relapse rate.
