| 摘 要： | DNA immunization opens up a new path for the study ofvaccines[1]. Because direct injection of the plasmids con structed in vitro results in the expression of proteins en coded by plasmid in the host, this strategy can eliminateimmune response to unnecessary or adventitious antigenspresent in attenuated virus vaccine, and neglect someproblems associated with incomplete inactivation duringpreparation.
