骨突灵膏治疗腰间盘突出症

目的研究骨突灵膏对腰间盘突出症的治疗作用。方法家兔骶神经根腋部放置滤纸片刺激法造成瘫痪,大鼠神经根出硬膜囊的腋部放置硅胶片刺激法造成后肢麻痹。结果骨突灵膏显著提高全瘫模兔在14、21、28 d时恢复阳性率,显著降低模兔滤纸片的质量,显著降低模兔全血黏度,加速红细胞电泳时间;明显降低模鼠前列腺素E2及组织胺含量。结论骨突灵膏对腰间盘突出症有明显的治疗作用。

The therapeutic effects of Gutulinggao on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc

Objective To study the therapeutic effects of Gutulinggao (traditional Chinese medicine, GTLG) on experimental prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc in animals. Methods The models with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were established by laying a piece of filter paper under axillary region of nerve root in rabbits and by laying a piece of silica gel under axillary region of nerve root in rats. Results GTLG could obviously promote the restorative positive incidence in paralytic rabbits in 14, 21, 28 days, reduce the weight of filter paper in model rabbits notably, decrease the blood viscosity and remarkably accelerate the erythrocyte electrophoresis time, markedly reduce the contents of prostaglandin E2 and histamine. Conclusions GTLG possesses the obvious therapeutic effects on experimental prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.
