北京农村远程医学教育试点工作的体会与思考

为探索远程教育的可行性，以便在全市范围推广提供经验，北京市卫生局依托卫星网络技术平台——“智农天地网”为传播载体，在海淀区、大兴区、房山区、顺义区等4个郊区17个站点，面向农村基层开展了《急诊急救知识与技术》远程试播工作。结果显示，远程教育覆盖面广、可及性强、灵活便捷，受到基层卫生技术人员的认可和欢迎，尽管在管理、技术、师资和教学内容等方而还有待进一步改进和完善，但远程教育无疑是提高农村卫生队伍职业素质的必由之路。

The reflection of distant medical education in rural areas in Beijing

To search the feasibility of distance learning for medical education and provide experience to practice it in the entire city, Beijing Municipal Health Bureau made use of the established network with its name ZHI NONG TIAN DI WANG to try to test medical distance learning at 17 websites in the four districts of Haidian, Daxing, Fangshan and Shunyi to broadcast in trial the training program, Emergency Knowledge and Techniques. The result showed that distance learning has some advantages, such as wide coverage, high feasibility, convenience and so on, which were welcomed by rural health care providers. Though distance learning should be improved in some areas like management, technology, relevant teachers and e-learning materials, it is an important way for rural health care providers to develop their professional ability.
