| 摘 要： | 目的:通过膝关节韧带的MR I正常解剖与损伤的对比研究,为膝关节损伤的影像诊断提供依据。方法:回顾性分析16例膝关节韧带损伤病人,观察膝关节的MR I正常解剖,内、外侧副韧带,前、后交叉韧带损伤的影像学表现。结果:冠状位可清楚显示内、外侧副韧带;W risberg韧带;矢状位可清楚显示前、后交叉韧带。内、外侧副韧带完全撕裂伤MR I表现为韧带连续性中断或韧带肿胀增粗,信号增高,T1W I呈低或中等信号,T2W I呈高信号;前、后交叉韧带完全撕裂伤MR I表现为韧带连续性中断,断端肿胀;部分撕裂伤表现为局部肿胀增粗,信号增高。结论:MR I可以清晰显示膝关节韧带正常解剖及损伤的异常影像学表现,为临床提供充分信息,应作为膝关节韧带损伤的常规检查。
