| 摘 要： | 目的:观察小儿肺热咳喘口服液配合西药治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效.方法:60例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分为2组,对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用小儿肺热咳喘口服液.治疗2周后统计疗效.结果:治疗组总有效率93.33%,对照组总有效率73.33%,2组疗效经卡方检验,差异有统计意义(P＜0.05).结论:小儿肺热咳喘口服液对咳嗽变异性哮喘具有宣肺解表、化痰平喘的功效,比单纯西药治疗临床疗效更好.
