| 摘 要： | 目的:通过复感儿生长激素(GH)-胰岛素样生长因子I(IGF-I)轴(GH-IGF-I轴)功能水平与正常儿的比较,了解反复呼吸道感染对儿童生长发育的影响.方法:临床确诊的复感儿在非急性感染期采血,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定IGF-I、胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-3(IGFBP-3),并与健康儿童组对照.结果:复感儿在非急性感染期GIGF-I、IGFBP-3水平与正常儿相比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论:复感儿在非急性感染期GH-IGF-I轴功能水平并未受到抑制,相反,与正常儿相比较,复感儿在非急性感染期的生长速度更活跃,有追赶性生长的现象.
