| 摘 要： | 目的:观察综合疗法对肌张力低下型脑瘫的治疗效果.方法:将61例肌张力低下型脑瘫患儿随机分为综合疗法组(针刺+肌兴奋仪+手法治疗)28例和手法康复组33例.治疗前和治疗3个疗程后根据患儿的肌肉硬度、摆动度、关节可动域评价疗效.结果:综合治疗组显效10例,有效14例,无效4例,总有效率为85.7%;手法康复组显效5例,有效15例,无效13例,总有效率为60.6%.两组总有效率比较差异有统计意义(P＜0.05).结论:综合疗法在改善肌张力低下型脑瘫患儿的肌肉硬度、摆动度和关节可动域方面有明显促进作用.
