| 摘 要： | 总结38例早产儿支气管肺发育不良成功救治的护理方法,认为采用有效的呼吸道管理、合理氧疗护理、严格的院内感染防治措施、加强体温管理、合理喂养、家长心理护理、出院指导以及健康教育知识等多种方法的临床护理能有效地降低院内感染率,早期脱离对氧气的依赖性,使家长对疾病治疗树立信心,缩短住院时间,促使患儿早日康复出院.
