| 摘 要： | 目的:观察茵栀黄注射液辅助治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的临床疗效.方法:将收治的新生儿高胆红素血症93例随机分为对照组48例和治疗组45例,治疗组在对照组常规治疗的基础上加用茵栀黄注射液,观察2组临床疗效和黄疸消退时间.结果:2组疗效比较差异有统计意义(P＜0.05),在有效治疗下,2组黄疸消退时间比较差异有高度统计意义(P＜0.01).结论:茵栀黄注射液对于辅助治疗新生儿高胆红素血症有一定疗效,相对安全,可以结合临床加以应用.
