肺炎支原体与小儿哮喘的临床分析

目的:探讨肺炎支原体(MP)感染与小儿哮喘的临床发病特征。方法:选择东莞市虎门医院2009年1~12月小儿内科收治确诊MP感染哮喘患儿40例为MP感染诱发组,并与同期的非MP感染哮喘患儿30例为对照组。对2组患儿临床特点、哮喘特征、哮喘药物治疗的反应及早期、足疗程应用大环内酯类药物治疗效果等进行分析。结果:MP感染诱发组的哮喘发作年龄以3岁以上多发(60%),平均年龄(4.3±2.8)岁;MP感染诱发组患儿喘息反复史、发热、热程、对支气管扩张剂反应、大环内酯类药物的早期应用、咳喘持续时间、住院时间以及MP-IgM抗体滴度水平的测定、C反应蛋白(CRP)、嗜酸细胞计数、X线胸片检查、肝功受累、心肌受累的发生率与对照组比较,差异均有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:MP感染诱发组的小儿哮喘发作有其临床特点,应早期、足疗程、规范应用大环内酯类抗生素。

A clinical analysis of mycoplasma pneumoniae and pediatric asthma
