Survivin和VEGF在胃癌的表达及其意义

目的 探讨凋亡抑制基因survivin在胃癌组织中的表达，及其与血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学方法检测survivin、VEGF在22例正常胃粘膜组织和42例胃癌组织中的表达。结果 survivin基因在正常胃粘膜组织中阳性表达率为13．64％，在42例胃癌组织中，阳性率为57．14％，与胃癌的淋巴结转移密切相关；VEGF在正常胃粘膜组织表达率为18．18％，在42例胃癌组织中，阳性率为69．05％，两者均与胃癌的淋巴结转移密切相关。结论 survivin是血管的保护性基因，参与了肿瘤血管的形成。

Expression of survivin gene and its correlation with VEGF expression in gastric carcinoma

Objective To investigate the role of survivin gene in the pathogenesis of gastric carcinoma and its correlation with VEGF in tumor metatastsis.Methods The expression of survivin and VEGF were detected by immunhistochemical staining in 42 gastric carcinoima samples and 22 normal gastric samples.Results The positive expression rates of surviving and VEGF in gastric carcinoma were 57.14% and 69.05%.In para-carcinomatous normal mucosa,the positive expression rates of them are 13.64% and 18.18%,respectively.There existed significant difference of the positive rate of surviving between the two groups(P<0.05).The expression of surviving and VEGF in gastric carcinoma shows significant relationship with lymphrode metastasis.Conclusion The high expression of survivin and VEGF may play a key role in gastric carcinogenesis and development,and VEGF may be an important factor in inducing the up-regulaion of survivin.
